We accept returns only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Due to the nature of our products (vinyl records), returns are eligible only if the item has not been opened, used, or damaged. The protective seal must remain intact.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging

The item must not be opened or played
If the product has been opened, used, or shows any signs of wear or damage, the return will not be accepted.
Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
